Your Role

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, production coordination, warehousing, and logistics across our D2C operations, ensuring the right balance of quality, cost, and speed.

 You’ll be responsible for building scalable, efficient supply chain processes that deliver precision, speed, and quality from raw material sourcing to last-mile delivery.

This is a strategic yet hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and enjoys translating business goals into operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in the procurement of raw and packaging materials, including vendor coordination, price negotiations, and PO processing.
• Collaborate with the NPD and design teams to develop and finalise packaging artwork, key line drawings, and technical specifications.
• Manage vendor development, evaluation, and onboarding of new suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate packaging and material trials, testing, and quality checks to meet technical, performance, and sustainability standards.
• Maintain supplier master data, shade cards, and Bills of Materials (BOM) for consistent product traceability.
• Oversee inventory tracking and movement across sales channels (D2C, marketplaces, and offline partners)
• Ensure timely deliveries and smooth inward, dispatch, and payment cycles through effective coordination between internal teams and vendors.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency, reduce lead times, and improve overall turnaround.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to resolve vendor, material, or packaging-related issues promptly.

What You’ll Bring:

• 2-4 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations management, preferably within D2C, FMCG, or beauty/personal care industries.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain systems: planning, sourcing, logistics, and warehousing.
• Understanding of packaging development processes, materials, and quality control.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with ERP / inventory systems (Zoho, Unicommerce, SAP, or similar) and basic reporting.
• Proven ability to manage vendor networks and 3PL partners.
• A detail-oriented mindset, proactive problem-solving attitude, and a drive for operational excellence.
