As a Supply Chain Manager at our company in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the overall supply chain and logistics operations. Your focus will be on ensuring efficient processes, effective cost management, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, implement and monitor the overall supply chain strategy including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics & distribution. - Lead vendor development, supplier negotiations, and contracts to ensure timely procurement of materials, on-time delivery, and cost control. - Optimize inventory levels to reduce stockouts/overstocking and coordinate with production, quality, and sales teams to forecast demand. - Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce operational costs, and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards. - Manage and monitor logistics providers and transporters, prepare and monitor supply chain budgets, and lead a team of supply chain professionals. **Key Skills & Competencies:** - Strong knowledge of supply chain & logistics best practices. - Proficiency in CRM software/ERP, MS Excel, and supply chain analytics. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. - Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. **Qualifications & Experience:** - Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business Management (MBA preferred). - 7-10 years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics, preferably in the manufacturing/engineering industry, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end supply chain operations.
