This role is pivotal in driving disbursement process , ensuring debt related compliance and fund management for ongoing and upcoming projects. Key Responsibilities: Support in trade finance (BGs, LCs, Supplier's / Buyer's Credit, LCBD etc.), working capital limits (WCDL, OD etc.), Treasury Functions (FX Options & Swaps etc.) Timely issuance of BGs & LCs & amendments as per business requirement, tracking commission charged by banks, MIS maintenance Vetting vendor BGs, maintain MIS, timely alerts for renewal of near-to-expiry BGs Timely completion of documents for Supplier's / Buyer's Credit & LCBD, keep track of interest servicing, MIS Preparation of documents for hedging, execution of contract with banks and maintain MIS Maintain and build relationships with bank's operations team for execution of trades Support due-diligence exercises conducted by banks Support in execution of loan documents and security documents Periodic compliance information and financial covenants during all financings.
