Supply Chain Manager

As a Supply Chain Planner for Electronics PCBA and electronic components, your role involves the end-to-end planning, coordination, and optimization of the supply chain within the electronics manufacturing sector. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement, inventory management, and delivery of materials. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and manage the supply and inventory of PCBA and electronic components to meet production schedules and customer demand. - Monitor, forecast, and analyze inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize shortages. - Collaborate with procurement, engineering, production, and logistics teams to align supply with demand and resolve material flow issues. - Manage backlog, prioritize customer orders for timely fulfillment, and support new product introductions. - Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, develop accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs), and utilize ERP for material planning. - Prepare and present reports on inventory, supplier performance, and key supply chain metrics to management. - Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. - Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, timely delivery, and contract compliance. Qualification Required: - Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in supply chain planning within electronics manufacturing or PCBA supply. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Proficiency with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools. - Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Experience in supplier management, sourcing, and procurement in the electronics sector. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Good understanding of global electronics supply chains, including PCBA, semiconductors, and passive components. - Knowledge of risk management, multi-sourcing strategies, and cost optimization in electronics procurement. - Familiarity with quality management systems and supplier scorecards. - Involvement in new product introduction (NPI) and design for manufacturability processes would be advantageous.,
