Supply Chain Manager

As a Manager Supply Chain at Spectra Solar, your role will involve driving vendor development, procurement, and logistics for the company's solar power projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Vendor Development & Management:** - Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors for solar modules, inverters, mounting structures, cables, and other EPC components. - Develop strong vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective procurement, timely delivery, and quality assurance. - Conduct regular vendor audits and performance reviews. - **Procurement & Negotiation:** - Lead the end-to-end procurement process, including RFQs, purchase orders, and contract negotiations. - Ensure competitive pricing, quality standards, and on-time delivery of materials. - Develop and implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining quality standards. - **Supply Chain & Logistics:** - Manage inventory planning, demand forecasting, and material scheduling to ensure project readiness. - Optimize logistics and transportation to reduce lead times and costs. - Work closely with engineering, project execution, and finance teams to align supply chain operations with business goals. - **Compliance & Process Optimization:** - Ensure procurement and supply chain processes comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. - Implement best practices and process improvements for efficient supply chain operations. **Qualification Required:** - Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). **Key Experience:** - Minimum 5 years in supply chain, procurement, or vendor management (preferably in Solar/Renewable Energy/EPC). **Key Skills:** - Strong experience in vendor development & negotiations. - Deep understanding of solar EPC materials and procurement cycles. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Proficiency in ERP/Supply Chain Management software.
