Supply Chain Manager

Role Overview: As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's overall supply chain and logistics operations. Your role will involve developing and implementing supply chain strategies to maximize efficiency and productivity. You will play a critical role in managing supplier relationships, optimizing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs - Manage procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution activities - Identify process bottlenecks and implement effective solutions - Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal departments to forecast demand - Monitor supply chain performance and negotiate contracts - Optimize transportation and warehousing processes - Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements - Lead, train, and develop the supply chain team - Evaluate and mitigate risks related to the supply chain Qualification Required: - Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager, Logistics Manager, or similar role - Solid knowledge of supply chain processes - Strong negotiation and vendor management skills - Experience with supply chain management software - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus) - Relevant certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP are an advantage,
