Supply Chain Manager

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the company's overall supply chain and logistics operations to maximize efficiency and productivity. You will play a critical role in developing and implementing supply chain strategies, managing supplier relationships, optimizing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing supply chain strategies that improve efficiency and reduce costs, managing and overseeing procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution activities, identifying process bottlenecks and implementing solutions, collaborating with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal departments to forecast demand, monitoring supply chain performance, negotiating contracts, optimizing transportation and warehousing processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements, leading, training, and developing the supply chain team, evaluating and mitigating risks related to the supply chain. To qualify for this role, you should have proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager, Logistics Manager, or similar role, solid knowledge of supply chain processes, strong negotiation and vendor management skills, experience with supply chain management software, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus), and relevant certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP are an advantage.,
