We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our supply chain operations, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of products while minimizing costs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and production, to ensure alignment of supply chain goals with overall business objectives.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-10 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel).
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
