We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to oversee and manage our supply chain operations in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing supply chain strategies, managing procurement and logistics, and optimizing inventory levels to ensure that our products are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with company goals.
• Manage end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to supply chain operations.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-10 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Excel).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
