Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production planning, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast demand, adjusting inventory levels accordingly.
Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency in the casting process.

Job Requirements :

18-25 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field.
Strong understanding of inventory management best practices, including demand planning and forecasting techniques.
Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets using tools such as Excel or specialized software (e.g., SAP).
Experience working with foundries or similar industries is highly desirable.
Supplier Management, Castings Process, Commodity, Risk mitigation, Financial Acumen.
