As a Supply Chain Planner for Electronics PCBA and electronic components, your role involves the end-to-end planning, coordination, and optimization of the supply chain within the electronics manufacturing sector. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement, inventory management, and delivery of materials to support production schedules and customer demand. - Plan and manage the supply and inventory of PCBA and electronic components. - Monitor, forecast, and analyze inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply with demand and resolve material flow issues. - Manage backlog, prioritize customer orders, and support new product introductions. - Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, develop accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs), and utilize ERP systems. - Prepare and present reports on inventory, supplier performance, and key metrics. - Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. - Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, timely delivery, and compliance. Qualifications required for this role include: - Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field. - Minimum 1 year of experience in electronics manufacturing or PCBA supply chain planning. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Proficiency with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Experience in supplier management, sourcing, and procurement in the electronics sector. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Good understanding of global electronics supply chains. - Knowledge of risk management, multi-sourcing strategies, and cost optimization in electronics procurement. - Familiarity with quality management systems and supplier scorecards. - Exposure to new product introduction and design for manufacturability processes would be beneficial.
