Position Summary:

Fertinagro India Private Limited is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution. The role requires strong coordination with internal teams, vendors, and distributors to ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished goods while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals and seasonal demand patterns (fertilizers/agro-inputs)
• Manage vendor sourcing, negotiations, contracts, and performance evaluation
• Ensure optimal inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or excess inventory
• Coordinate with production, sales, finance, and quality teams for smooth operations
• Monitor logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and dispatch
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and delivery timelines
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and company policies
• Use ERP/SAP systems for planning, tracking, and reporting
• Analyze supply chain KPIs and prepare MIS reports for management review
• Handle supply chain risks and develop contingency plans

Required Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or related field & MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain / Operations (Preferred).

• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in supply chain/logistics, preferably in fertilizers, agrochemicals, FMCG, or manufacturing
