Drive sales growth by promoting Fertinagro’s range of specialty fertilizers and crop nutrition products in Maharashtra.
Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, and retail networks in assigned districts.
Develop and execute regional business plans to increase market share and brand visibility.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, large farmers, cooperatives, and institutional clients.
Conduct farmer meetings, field demonstrations, and promotional activities to generate demand and awareness.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, and marketing activities to identify new business opportunities.
Ensure timely payment collection and adherence to company’s credit and distribution policies.
Provide regular market feedback, sales reports, and forecasts to the management team
Strong understanding of Maharashtra’s agricultural landscape, major crops, and dealer networks.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
