Role Description

HR Generalist

Marketing, Branding, and Digital-First Consumer teams

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end
recruitment lifecycle
— sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Partner closely with
Marketing, Creative, and Operations
teams to hire for roles across
digital, design, content, and growth functions
.
Source candidates effectively
using platforms like
Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment databases or social platforms.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
Assist in
employee engagement
, performance reviews, and policy implementation.
Support payroll coordination, leave management, and HR documentation.
Assist in
internship hiring
, training coordination, and onboarding programs.
