Key Responsibilities

* Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly payroll, salary processing, and compliance with statutory requirements.

* Expense & Attendance Management: Oversee employee reimbursements, leave records, and attendance systems.

* Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries, fostering positive workplace relations and ensuring employee engagement.

* Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in talent acquisition, scheduling interviews, issuing offer letters, and coordinating employee induction.

* Compliance & Documentation: Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with company policies.

* General HR Administration: Handle day-to-day HR operations and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

* Qualification: Graduate in HR / Business Administration or related field.

3-4 years’ work experience

* Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.

* Good communication skills; English proficiency preferred.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.

* Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.

Kalyan to Ghatkopar preferred.

Salary: Upto 35,000 depending on interview

Working days - Monday to Saturday
