Job Title: Sales Specialist – Ophthalmology Division

Department: Sales & Marketing – Ophthalmology Division

Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager / Division Head

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Specialist to join our Ophthalmology Division in Ahmedabad. The role involves promoting and selling high-quality ophthalmic equipment and surgical products to hospitals, clinics, and eye care professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our brand presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell ophthalmic equipment, instruments, and surgical products to doctors, hospitals, and clinics in the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with ophthalmologists, optometrists, surgeons, and procurement teams.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets as assigned by the management.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within Ahmedabad .
• Participate in ophthalmology conferences, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Provide timely feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Ensure proper after-sales support and coordinate with the service team for customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups in CRM/reporting systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, or Business (MBA preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in medical device/pharma sales, preferably in

  Ophthalmology or Surgical Equipment

  .
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of target achievement.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within the region.
• Basic knowledge of ophthalmic equipment and surgical instruments will be an added advantage.
