Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Tiruppur. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales by identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and delivering exceptional customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the sales management team to develop strategies and training programs to enhance sales performance. The Sales Specialist will also provide insights to improve customer satisfaction and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and address their needs effectively
Sales and Sales Management experience with a proven record of achieving targets and managing client accounts
Ability to conduct Training sessions and mentor team members to improve overall performance
Proficiency in understanding market trends and implementing strategies to support organizational goals
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
Highly motivated and result-oriented with effective time management and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in a sales role is a plus
