HR Metrics and Reporting: - Maintain HR metrics and provide regular reports to senior management. - Use data-driven insights to improve HR processes and strategies. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. - Expert in HRIS and other HR software.
