Develop an in-depth, wing-to-wing knowledge of company HR operations systems & processes. This role requires emphasis on data integrity and analysis to support key HR decisions while providing coverage and support as needed. Identify and resolve operational issues and support process improvement. Promote “Best in Class” service while developing effective relationships and working cross functionally with internal teams. The incumbent will play a key role in India HR function. Will be responsible for driving Talent Management initiatives and ensure that all policies and processes are executed to the core. This role would also lead execution of employee engagement initiatives for the country along with employee communication. HR Operations
- Sustain HR Operational Excellence by excelling in the sub-functional areas pertaining to Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Probation & Confirmation, Talent retention, BGV
- Administer HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Execution of HR process to ensure audit ready 365 days a year
- Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults People Leader or more senior team members for issues outside of defined parameters
- A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
- Provide support for implementation of technology enabled solutions and systems in the respective business units
- Prepares various HR dashboards with 100% reliance on data like attrition dashboard and analytics, etc.
- Prepare HR presentations for various events/meetings through out the year
- Experienced in drafting HR Policies with forward thinking and market practice alignment
- Issue appointment letters to all the new joiners
- Provide draft org. announcements for review & ensure release on time

Employee Engagement & Employee communication
- Will be responsible for driving employee engagement initiatives for all employees
- Will ensure that appropriate activities are conducted on “Employee Well-being” – Physical, mental, social, financial wellbeing and drives awareness among employees
- Play a critical role in executing an effective communication strategy for employees in India
- Develop effective plans to improve internal communications at all offices
- Design and create employee communication content
- Will come up with innovative ideas to ensure effective employee communication on various HR practices like policy communication, engagement initiatives, well being initiatives etc.
- Vitality champion for the country
- Prepare country specific “Well-being” calendar
- Coordinate with partners for content & speakers for various sessions and ensure 100% adherence to the calendar

Talent Management
- Will work closely with the Talent Management team in executing the TM strategy for the country
- Implement talent management processes at the business/functional level to ensure continuous identification and development of high-potential talent
- Support implementation of performance management activities at the business level to ensure adherence with organization-wide PMS guidelines and timelines
- Drive New Leader Assimilations & Team Alignment sessions in coordination with BHR
- Implement behavioral and functional trainings and programs at Business/Functional level to ensure that capability development needs are adequately met
- Works closely on development center program including vendor shortlisting, participants list finalization, assessments scheduling, report circulation & feedback deliverance
- Drives “reverse mentoring program” program and reinvent the wheel as per the market trends
- Drive “diversity leadership pipeline” program in partnership with the TM lead
- Design TM dashboard & calendar for the year in partnership with TM lead & HRD
- Partner with TM lead and execute various EEDI relative initiatives like Pride month celebrations, employee education sessions etc.

- Support employee onboarding process
- Holiday calendar for HO & field
- Drive employee education sessions on relevant topics from time to time like Employee Assistance Program, insurance, Well-being etc.

- Manage summer internship program in coordination with BHR
- Release offer letters for summer interns & process their stipends timely
- Track the project status with the mentors
- Ensure periodic catch-ups with the skip level managers

Education And Experience
- A Postgraduate diploma in Human Resource management
- 7-9 years of experience in HR Management is preferred
- Advanced skills in Microsoft powerpoint, canva, excel and word
- A G0-Getter
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, fluency in English, additional languages desirable
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
