Job Description

1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Identify manpower requirements in coordination with department heads.
  • Prepare and post job descriptions on various platforms.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates.
  • Manage onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.

2. Employee Relations

  • Foster a positive work culture through open communication and employee engagement.
  • Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition data to suggest improvements.

3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Management

  • Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
  • Coordinate with the accounts department for accurate payroll processing.
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).

4. Performance Management

  • Coordinate goal-setting and performance appraisal processes.
  • Maintain employee performance records and assist managers with evaluation.
  • Implement performance improvement plans where needed.

5. Training & Development

  • Identify skill gaps and plan training programs.
  • Arrange workshops, seminars, and skill development sessions.
  • Evaluate training outcomes and employee progress.

6. Policy Formulation & Compliance

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and manuals.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.

7. Employee Engagement & Welfare

  • Organize events, recognition programs, and wellness activities.
  • Promote a healthy work-life balance and motivate employees.

8. HR Administration

  • Maintain the HRMS database and personnel files.
  • Handle letters, memos, and communication related to HR functions.
  • Support management with HR reports and analytics.

9. Strategic HR Planning

  • Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Align HR strategies with business goals for better productivity and retention.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,452.41 - ₹35,046.25 per month
