Job Description: -
We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Head to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping company culture, managing HR operations, and ensuring alignment between HR policies and business objectives. This role demands a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of talent management, compliance, and employee engagement

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute HR strategies that support business growth and transformation.Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board on talent, culture, and organizationaldevelopment.Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure scalability and agility in a dynamic businessenvironment.Drive HR digital transformation, leveraging HR analytics for data-driven decision-making.2. Culture & Organizational DevelopmentShape and foster a high-performance culture with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.Champion leadership development programs to build a strong internal leadership pipeline.Align HR policies and initiatives with the companys vision, mission, and values.3. Talent Strategy & HiringOversee hiring process and succession planning to ensure a strong leadership bench.Lead talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies.4. Performance, Rewards & ComplianceImplement performance-driven HR frameworks to drive accountability and growth.Oversee compensation strategy, ensuring competitive executive pay structures.Ensure full compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and corporate governancepolicies.5. Employee Experience & Change ManagementDrive engagement strategies that boost employee satisfaction and retention.Lead organizational change management initiatives to support business transformation.Develop policies and initiatives that enhance the employee experience across all levels.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

Education: MBA / Masters in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 10+ years in HR leadership roles, with experience at the C-suite or senior executivelevel.Proven track record in HR strategy, leadership development, and cultural transformation.Strong expertise in hiring, talent management, and organizational design.Deep understanding of global HR trends, compliance, and best practices.Executive presence, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence at the board level.Hands-on experience with HR technology, workforce analytics, and digital HR transformation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹102,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Manufacturing: 6 years (Preferred)
  • HR Operations: 10 years (Preferred)
  • Compliance management: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Human resources management: 10 years (Preferred)
