As a Recruitment & Onboarding professional, your role involves developing and executing recruitment strategies. You will be responsible for conducting interviews and coordinating onboarding programs for new hires. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute recruitment strategies - Conduct interviews and coordinate onboarding programs In the area of Policy & Compliance, you will be tasked with drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies. Your role also includes ensuring legal compliance with labor laws and regulations. It will be your responsibility to foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement. Additionally, you will support managers in goal setting and feedback processes. You will also oversee salary structure, CTC calculations, and benefits administration.
