As a Recruitment & Onboarding professional, your role involves developing and executing recruitment strategies. You will be responsible for conducting interviews and coordinating onboarding programs for new hires. Additionally, you will support managers in goal setting and feedback processes. You will also oversee salary structure, CTC calculations, and benefits administration.
