About the Role

LRL Motors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Manager to lead our HR department, streamline policies, oversee recruitment, and drive a positive and productive work culture across all branches.
The ideal candidate must be proactive, people-focused, and strong in HR operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the HR team and oversee end-to-end HR operations
• Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and compliance
• Handle leadership-level recruitment and workforce planning
• Strengthen employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labour laws, audits)
• Oversee payroll coordination, attendance systems, and documentation
• Manage performance evaluation systems and KRA/KPI frameworks
• Address employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
• Conduct training programs, appraisals, and career development planning
• Coordinate with senior management for HR strategy and organizational growth

Required Qualifications

• MBA in HR / Master’s degree in Human Resource Management preferred
• Minimum 5–7 years HR experience, including managerial leadership
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to handle multi-branch and multi-department coordination
• Experience in HR digitization, payroll systems, and policy building
