We are expanding aggressively in the South Indian market and are looking for a dynamic Business Development Managerto lead our growth efforts across Kerala.

Job Description

As the Business Development Manager for Kerala, you will be responsible for expanding LRL Motors’ dealer and distribution network across the state. This role requires direct market visits, strong relationship management skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales—preferably in FMCG or automobile sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute territory sales plans and growth strategies.
• Directly visit counters, retailers, and corporate prospects across Kerala.
• Generate leads and onboard new dealers for our premium motorcycle product range.
• Reactivate inactive accounts and nurture long-term business relationships.
• Work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Submit sales reports and market intelligence regularly.

Who We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Dealer Sales, or Corporate Sales.
• Background in FMCG, Automotive, or Real Network Sales is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Malayalam and English.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
• Self-driven, energetic, and result-oriented attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA in Sales or Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with field CRM or B2B order management tools.
• Familiarity with regional dealer networks is a plus.

Compensation:

• Fixed Annual CTC: ₹3,60,000
• Attractive Incentive Structure based on performance
• Travel Allowance as per company policy

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
