JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE – Business Development Manager

AV We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (AV) to drive new business growth in the professional Audio-Visual (AV) domain. The role involves identifying, targeting, and winning enterprise and mid-market accounts across sectors such as corporate, education, hospitality, government, and retail.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Identify and target new enterprise and mid-market accounts across diverse industry sectors.

 Build and maintain a strong pipeline of AV opportunities through networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.

 Understand client requirements and recommend tailored AV solutions, including video conferencing systems, digital signage, professional displays, control systems, and collaboration tools.

 Deliver impactful sales presentations, pitches, and product demonstrations to key decision-makers such as IT heads, facilities managers, and procurement teams.

 Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and handover to the delivery team.

 Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and solution architects to design optimal AV system solutions.

 Keep abreast of emerging AV technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

 Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

 5+ years of proven experience in business development, with a focus on AV solutions or selling complex technical solutions.

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Electronics, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).  Familiarity with leading AV brands like Crestron, Extron, Cisco, Barco, Poly, Logitech, etc.

 Experience in selling AV solutions to corporate boardrooms, higher education, smart classrooms, or retail environments.

 In-depth knowledge of AV technologies such as display systems, audio integration, video conferencing, control systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron), and unified communications.

 Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

 Self-motivated with a hunter mindset and ability to work independently.

 AV certifications (e.g., CTS by AVIXA) will be an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹278,631.49 - ₹739,502.09 per year
