We’re Hiring JR. PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with potential suppliers to secure the best deals.
• Manage vendor relationships and monitor performance to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with GST regulations and keep up-to-date with changes in GST laws.
• Apply correct HSN codes for all procured goods to comply with tax and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate logistics for the movement of goods both domestically and internationally, ensuring compliance with import/export regulations.
• Efficiently create and manage purchase orders to ensure timely deliveries.
• Analyze procurement costs and contribute to budget management efforts.
• Maintain clear communication with suppliers regarding product specifications and schedules.
• Collaborate effectively in a team environment to achieve procurement goals.

_ REQUIREMENTS:_

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management (experience in a junior role is a plus).
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of procurement software or tools is a bonus.
