JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: Sales Coordinator

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Drive sales team performance by leading initiatives, providing continuous assistance, monitoring performance, and offering regular feedback.

 Implement and manage a streamlined scheduling system to ensure timely follow ups and minimize gaps in appointment availability.

 Oversee the organization and maintenance of all sales support documents, ensuring they are up-to-date, easily accessible, and relevant to the sales team’s efforts.

 Supervise the order processing team to ensure all orders are accurately verified, processed, and fulfilled, minimizing errors and ensuring smooth transactions.

 Promote and facilitate teamwork between departments to enhance sales efforts and ensure smooth operational workflows.

 Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and provide insights through comprehensive reports to support decision-making and strategy development.

 Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to attract new customers, enhance brand visibility, and drive sales growth through targeted campaigns and outreach efforts.

REQUIREMENTS:

 A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

 2-3 years of experience in a sales or sales support role.

 Proficiency in computer applications and tools, with a focus on CRM systems, Excel.

 Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.

 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

 Ability to work collaboratively and foster teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,244.78 - ₹28,000.00 per month
