Job Role & Responsibilities: Coordinate with clients, sales team, and internal departments for smooth order management Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups with customers Maintain sales reports, enquiry tracking, and documentation Support the sales team with product information and communication Handle customer calls, emails, and schedule meetings Assist in basic marketing activities and client relationship management Requirements: Graduate with 14 years of experience in sales coordination / inside sales Good communication & follow-up skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email) Organised, proactive, and comfortable in client communication Female candidates preferred
