Job Location: Gurgaon (After Training)
Training Location: Chandigarh
Training Duration: 15–20 Days (Unpaid)
Salary: Starts After Successful Completion of Training
Agreement: 2-Year Employment Agreement with the Company
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Weekly Off: 1 Day (Monday to Friday – Alternate)
Saturday & Sunday: Working Days

• Objective: Training on company services, business development strategy, face-to-face sales process, team coordination, CRM, and reporting

Job Location (After Training):

Gurgaon Branch – Full-Time Placement

Company Policy:

• Mandatory 2-Year Agreement with the company
• Early exit allowed only after 1 year with 30–45 days’ notice period
• Exceptions considered only in genuine cases (marriage, permanent relocation, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth through face-to-face sales and strategic client acquisition
• Identify new business opportunities in skin, health, wellness, and lifestyle segments
• Conduct client meetings, consultations, and presentations
• Build and manage strong relationships with clients, partners, and referral sources
• Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of the sales team
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management
• Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of face-to-face sales experience
• (Mandatory experience in Skin, Health, Wellness, Clinic, Hospital, or Beauty Industry)
• Qualification: Graduate (Any stream)

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills
• Target-driven mindset with ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to undergo 15–20 days unpaid training in Chandigarh
• Ready to relocate to Gurgaon after training
• Comfortable with 6 days working and alternate weekday off systemWork Timings:
