Job Description: Social Media Manager : Job Title: Social Media Manager Location: CHANDIGARH SECTOR 21A Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 1–3 Years (Social Media or Digital Marketing) Job Description: We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee and grow our brand's presence across all major social platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies, managing daily posts, engaging with followers, and driving online traffic and brand awareness. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Create engaging and on-brand content (images, videos, captions, stories, reels) Plan and manage content calendars in alignment with campaigns and promotions Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the audience Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to improve strategies Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align messaging Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices Run and manage paid ad campaigns (optional depending on experience) Requirements: Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, algorithms, and tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to create visual content (basic graphic/video editing is a plus) Analytical mindset with knowledge of performance tracking tools (Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, etc.) Creative thinking and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred Preferred Skills: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools Video editing for reels and short-form content Experience with influencer marketing or brand collaborations Understanding of SEO and content optimization Salary: As per industry standards Joining: Immediate or within notice period Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
