Roles & Responsibilities – E-commerce Account Manager Manage and optimize ad campaigns & promotions across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and Nykaa Fashion, including expert handling of PLAs and performance-driven campaign strategies. Oversee portal-specific performance , preparing detailed weekly and monthly reports for sales, returns, marketing spends, and overall profitability across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa Fashion, and Shopify. Handle end-to-end order processing , including scheduling dispatches, monitoring order flow, and coordinating with Account Managers of each marketplace to ensure timely fulfillment and issue resolution. Coordinate with content, design, and catalog teams to ensure product listings (titles, descriptions, size charts, keywords, images, A+ content) are SEO-optimized and compliant with marketplace guidelines. Manage catalog refinement —regular updates to pricing, inventory, creatives, and product details as per marketplace requirements and campaign calendars. Strategize and implement growth plans to increase online sales, improve product visibility, boost conversions, and expand category presence across marketplaces. Monitor customer feedback, ratings, and Q&A , ensuring timely responses and addressing service issues to enhance brand reputation and customer satisfaction. Manage promotional events , deal setups, coupons, offer calendars, and performance analysis for sale periods (Big Billion Days, Prime Day, EORS, etc.). Track competition —pricing, listings, bestsellers, and new launches—to identify opportunities for improvement. Handle all e-commerce operational activities , including payment reconciliation follow-ups, stock updates, ASN creation (if applicable), raising tickets, and coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams. Work closely with internal leadership to share insights, highlight risks, recommend actions, and drive monthly revenue targets for each platform.
