Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Social Media Manager to manage and enhance our presence on LinkedIn. The candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing high-quality English content that aligns with our mission and engages the professional legal community. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a LinkedIn content strategy aligned with organizational objectives. Create, edit, and publish professional posts related to arbitration, legal updates, events, and institutional initiatives. Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity. Monitor engagement, respond to interactions, and build a strong professional network. Coordinate with internal teams for content inputs (events, workshops, publications, etc.). Track analytics, prepare monthly performance reports, and suggest improvements. Stay updated with LinkedIn features, legal industry trends, and digital best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong command over written and spoken English. Understanding of legal and arbitration terminology is an advantage. Ability to create concise, clear, and engaging professional content. Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) preferred. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Work Mode: This position is strictly on-site.
