Social Media Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager who will be responsible for managing the social media presence of multiple brands while also serving as the key point of contact for clients for their social media campaigns. This role requires a perfect blend of content strategy, execution excellence, analytics, and client communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

A. Social Media Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute monthly social media strategies aligned with client goals and brand positioning.

Plan and manage content calendars across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, etc.

· Create and oversee production of engaging content (reels, posts, stories, carousels, captions).

· Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and publishing using social media tools.

· Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.

· Coordinate with designers, videographers, and copywriters for timely delivery of creatives.

B. Client Liaison & Campaign Coordination

· Act as the primary communication bridge between clients and the internal creative team.

· Understand client business goals and translate them into effective social media campaigns.

· Conduct regular client calls and reviews to present performance reports and new ideas.

· Collect feedback from clients and ensure timely implementation.

· Maintain clear documentation of briefs, approvals, timelines, and deliverables.

· Ensure confidence, professionalism, and responsiveness in all client interactions.

C. Performance Tracking & Reporting

· Track performance using platform analytics and tools.

· Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.

· Monitor engagement, reach, leads, conversions, and campaign ROI.

· Optimize content and ads based on data insights.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹41,667.00 per month
