Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Social Media Manager to manage and enhance our presence on LinkedIn. The candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing high-quality English content that aligns with our mission and engages the professional legal community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a LinkedIn content strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
• Create, edit, and publish professional posts related to arbitration, legal updates, events, and institutional initiatives.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity.
• Monitor engagement, respond to interactions, and build a strong professional network.
• Coordinate with internal teams for content inputs (events, workshops, publications, etc.).
• Track analytics, prepare monthly performance reports, and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated with LinkedIn features, legal industry trends, and digital best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong command over written and spoken English.
• Understanding of legal and arbitration terminology is an advantage.
• Ability to create concise, clear, and engaging professional content.
• Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) preferred.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Work Mode:
This position is strictly on-site. (No remote/hybrid options)
