No Fixed Address is a travel company born out of real exploration and on-ground experiences. We travel first, curate later. We’re building a community of travellers who want journeys that feel personal, adventurous, and honest. We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to join our team onsite in Delhi. This is an in office position, no freelancers or remote applicants should apply. 🔹 What You’ll Do (Role Responsibilities) Handle end-to-end management of all social media platforms. Plan and execute content calendars and posting schedules. Create visually appealing posts, reels, and stories using your design skills. Track performance, trends, and analytics to grow reach and engagement. Engage with the community - replies, DMs, comments - and build conversations around travel. Coordinate with the team during trips, launches, or campaigns for live/real-time content. 🔹 What We’re Looking For (Skills & Traits) Strong understanding of social platforms, algorithms, and content best practices. Good grip over design tools like Canva/Adobe/Illustrator. Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into scroll-stopping content. Someone who understands travel culture, trends, and storytelling. Organised, dependable, and able to work independently with ownership.
