About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our brand and clients' social media presence. If you understand the rhythm of social platforms, know how to create content that resonates, and can build strong online communities, this role is designed for you.

We want someone who can think strategically, act creatively, and deliver measurable results through social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and other platforms.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content such as posts, stories, reels, and campaigns.
• Manage content calendars and maintain consistent brand identity across platforms.
• Track performance metrics, analyze results, and prepare regular reports.
• Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and build strong community engagement.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver high-quality creatives and copy.
• Handle paid social media campaigns and optimize them for performance.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Up to 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
• Ability to generate creative ideas and write engaging content.
• Experience using tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
• Knowledge of analytics platforms such as Instagram Insights and Google Analytics.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines efficiently.

Good to Have

• Basic design experience with Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools.
• Experience with influencer collaborations and community growth strategies.
• Knowledge of paid ads, targeting, and performance optimization.
