💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 (Based on experience & knowledge)

We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who understands branding, content strategy, and social media growth. If you are proactive, organized, and passionate about digital marketing—this role is for you.

• Build and execute social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Create and plan engaging content: reels, posts, stories, captions, and scripts
• Manage daily posting, scheduling, and responses
• Track insights, analyze performance, and prepare reports
• Collaborate with design, video, and marketing teams for campaigns
• Follow the latest industry trends and apply them creatively
• Drive brand visibility and audience engagement

• Female candidate preferred
• MBA degree preferred (Marketing specialization is a plus)
• Experience in social media management or strong portfolio
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, branding & storytelling
• Good communication and content writing skills
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite & analytics platforms
• Ability to work full-time onsite and manage multiple tasks
