● Introduction: We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality digital solutions that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities: ● Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions ● Collaborate with product owners, Scrum Masters, UX designers, and QA engineers in Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives). ● Design client-side and server-side architecture ● Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design ● Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications ● Write effective APIs ● Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency ● Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software ● Create security and data protection settings ● Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design ● Write technical documentation Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field. ● 2+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (MERN / MEAN) or similar role ● Experience developing web and mobile applications ● Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and libraries/frameworks like React.js, Angular, and jQuery. ● Proficiency in multiple back-end languages and frameworks, including Node.js and Express.js, ● Familiarity with databases (e.g. SQL/NoSQL, MongoDB, Postgresql, mySQL), web servers and UI/UX design ● Excellent communication and teamwork skills ● Great attention to detail ● Tools: Github, Postman ● Good to have: RabitMQ, Redis, Postgress, AI / ML Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): What is your current CTC? You will be responsible for building test plans, test suites, and manual (80%) or automation test cases for assigned changes. Additionally, you will build up environments independently to test assigned work and execute manual tests. It will be crucial for you to create accurate, thoughtful, and comprehensive defect reports. You are expected to apply independence and creativity to problem-solving across project assignments, demonstrating expertise and adding valuable input throughout the development lifecycle.
