Job Description

Job Title: Service Coordinator
Company: Harison Generators Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Patiala
Department: Service

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate service schedules and assign tasks to technicians.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests.
Maintain service records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure timely resolution of breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
Coordinate with sales, stores, and operations for smooth workflow.

Requirements:

Graduate/Diploma in relevant field.
1–3 years’ experience in service coordination/after-sales support (preferred in generator/power industry).
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP/CRM tools.
