Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing company products/services, and generating leads or sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a drive to achieve targets. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database. Promote and explain products/services to customers. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Follow up on leads and maintain customer records using CRM tools. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. Handle customer queries and direct them to the appropriate department if needed. Maintain a positive and professional attitude with clients at all times. Provide feedback to the team leader on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products/services. Requirements: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telemarketing/telesales preferred (freshers can also apply). Strong verbal communication skills in [specify required languages, e.g., Hindi, English, etc.]. Ability to handle rejection and stress in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling). Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
