Job Opportunity: Executive Assistant (E-commerce & Operations) We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our leadership team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a sharp business mindset, and hands-on experience in E-commerce and Operations management. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and executive support, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination. Assist in E-commerce operations such as product listings, order management, vendor coordination, and performance tracking. Manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth business processes. Track, analyze, and report on KPIs related to e-commerce sales, logistics, and inventory. Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for leadership decision-making. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and finance. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, E-commerce, or related field. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator / E-commerce Executive. Strong understanding of E-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and operational workflows. Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
