Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Provide administrative support to senior executives by handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Plan presentations for internal and external stakeholders using presentation skills.
  • Handle secretarial activities such as document preparation, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Ensure effective time management by prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role in a hospitality industry setting.
  • MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution with specialization in Hospitality Management (desirable).
  • Excellent calendar management skills with ability to prioritize multiple schedules simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in email writing, email management, fixing appointments, meeting planning, presentation skills, travel coordination.
