Job Title - Executive Assistant to MD

Experience - 2 - 5 years of relevant experience

Job Location - Dadar East

Job Timings - 10:30 am - 7:30 am, Monday to Saturday

Role Overview: Executive Assistant (EA) to the Managing Director

As the EA, you will serve as a vital link in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day functioning of the Managing Director's office. The role demands high organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the MDs calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, and itineraries
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
Liaise with internal departments and external partners
Handle confidential documents with integrity
Assist in planning and executing administrative processes

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
Self-motivated and capable of handling confidential information with discretion
Competency in MS Office and office management tools
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in diary/calendar management
Proven experience in administrative and executive support roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in the textile industry is a plus
