Looking for Sr. Accounts Executive who can do end to end accounts till gst finalidation.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Senior Accountant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a strong foundation in accounting and financial management. You will support daily financial operations, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the smooth functioning of the accounting department.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining and updating records for accounts payable and receivable.
2. Journal Entries: Prepare and post journal entries for daily financial transactions.
3. Reconciliations: Support monthly bank and ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
4. Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports in accordance with statutory guidelines.
5. Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data into accounting software (e.g., Tally).
6. Audit Support: Collaborate with auditors by providing required documentation and explanations during internal and external audits.
7. Expense Management: Track, verify, and record company expenses while ensuring policy adherence.
8. Tax Compliance: Support the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal tax regulations.
9. Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior accountants and cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
Qualification:
Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field

Experience in accounting and Tally
Basic knowledge in Tax
Skills:
1. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
2. Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
3. Good organizational and communication skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
