Job Title: Junior HRBP

Role Purpose:
We are looking for an HR professional to act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for our clients, managing end-to-end HR activities and payroll processes. The role involves coordination with client teams, execution of HR operations, and ensuring smooth delivery of HR services.
Responsibilities:1. Generate end to end payroll2. Updating payroll records3. Manage leave & time attendance through system4. Responsible for day to day HR ops5. Regular progress update to the manager 6. Understands on HR practices, Compensation & Benefits & Labour Laws7. Upkeep & execution of SOPs as agreed with client8. Maintain Tracker of pending work per client9. Timely & Accurate execution of all processSkills & Qualifications:a. 1 year of experience in HR Operations / Payroll / HRIS / HRMS preferred.b. Freshers with a relevant HR degree (MBA/PGDM/HR specialization) are welcome to apply.c. Strong understanding of HR practices and labour laws (basic level).d. Good communication skills and client handling ability.e. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.f. Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS tools is an advantage.
