Job Description Junior HR Executive
Techno Global Services Pvt. Ltd. Plot No. A-40, I-Thum Tower C, Floor 06, Unit No. 608, Sector-62, Noida, UP 201301 Position: Junior HR Executive Department: Human Resources Salary Range: 30,000 40,000 per month Location: Noida (Sector-62) Reporting To: HR Manager / Management Role Overview The Junior HR Executive will support day-to-day HR operations including attendance management, payroll coordination, onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, compliance support, travel bookings, expense approvals, and HR documentation. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with multiple departments. Key Responsibilities A. Attendance & Reporting Maintain and update the DPR Attendance Register daily. Share Remote Clock-In & Leave Consumed Reports with internal groups. ¢ Coordinate attendance corrections and follow-up with employees. B. Onboarding & Offboarding Onboarding: ¢ Create new employee profiles in KEKA HRMS. ¢ Generate official email IDs as required. ¢ Ensure completion of joining formalities and documentation. Offboarding: ¢ Initiate exit process in KEKA and ensure all formalities are completed.
¢ Prepare and share handover forms with exiting employees.
¢ Coordinate full & final settlement documentation. C. Payroll & Compliance ¢ Prepare monthly Salary Sheet and share with Accounts by 5th of each month. ¢ Assist in PF & ESIC data preparation and submission by 10th of each month. ¢ Ensure timely wages disbursement between 10th15th of every month. ¢ Liaise with Accounts and HR Manager for payroll-related queries. D. Rent & Agreement Management ¢ Maintain monthly Rent Sheet and share with Accounts by 5th of each month. ¢ Track rental agreements and ensure renewals for the current month. E. Travel Management ¢ Coordinate and book hotels, flights, buses, and other travel requirements. ¢ Manage IRCTC train bookings through company credentials. ¢ Ensure timely communication and ticket sharing with employees. F. Expense Management ¢ Process Expense Claims through KEKA workflow (RM HR Verification Accounts). ¢ Ensure timely verification and follow-up for pending expense approvals. G. Asset Management ¢ Maintain and update the Employee Asset Register. ¢ Coordinate asset issuing/return and upload records to drive. H. Medical Insurance ¢ Coordinate employee additions/deletions in the medical insurance policy. ¢ Liaise with insurance SPOC for escalations and claims support. I. Leave Management ¢ Review and approve site employee leave requests as per policy.
¢ Ensure leave approvals for >2 days are obtained from reporting managers.
¢ Maintain accurate leave records in KEKA. J. Performance Management ¢ Prepare Monthly Performance Reports and upload to drive. ¢ Assist in collecting KRAs/KPIs and follow-up with employees. Skills & Qualifications ¢ Bachelors degree in HR, Management, or equivalent. ¢ 13 years of experience in HR operations. ¢ Working knowledge of HRMS tools (KEKA preferred). ¢ Basic understanding of payroll, PF, ESIC, and HR compliance. ¢ Strong communication and coordination skills. ¢ Proficiency in MS Excel, email drafting, and documentation. ¢ Ability to maintain confidentiality.
