KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manage and optimize the all the Social Media profile to ensure it reflects the company's vision, values, and offerings, attracting the right audience. • Develop and implement strategies to attract and engage the right audience across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms. • Monitor, track, and analyze social media performance metrics to measure engagement, growth, and overall effectiveness. • Write clear, engaging, and professional content tailored specifically for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Companys Websites, including posts, articles, company updates, and announcements. • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry news. • Ensure all written content given by agency’s are aligns with Valmiki Leela Capital brand voice, tone, and messaging, maintaining consistency across all the Social Media posts. • Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to align all the Social Media content with broader marketing campaigns and company goals. • Conduct research on marketing strategies, agency collaborations, and communication best practices. • Manage the development of marketing brochures, presentations, and related brand collateral to support promotional initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably on LinkedIn. • Strong writing, editing, and content development skills. • Proficiency in LinkedIn tools and analytics. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Knowledge of employer branding strategies is a plus.
Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Junior HR Executive with 3.5+ years of experience to support our HR operations and contribute to building an efficient, people-focused work culture. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities: Manage complete recruitment cyclesourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews. Maintain candidate pipeline and follow up through the selection process. Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters. Plan and execute smooth onboarding for new hires (documentation, orientation, induction). Maintain employee joining and exit formalities. Conduct exit interviews and prepare exit reports. Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, and attendance systems. Prepare HR documents, letters, and reports as required. Coordinate monthly attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
