JOB SUMMARY:

We are hiring a Social Media Manager to enhance presence of company and our upper- level management employee. The role involves creating engaging content, managing connections, tracking analytics, and showcasing company achievements. Ideal candidates will bring creativity and strategic thinking to elevate our professional image.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and optimize the all the Social Media profile to ensure it reflects the company's vision, values, and offerings, attracting the right audience.

• Develop and implement strategies to attract and engage the right audience across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.

• Monitor, track, and analyze social media performance metrics to measure engagement, growth, and overall effectiveness.

• Write clear, engaging, and professional content tailored specifically for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Companys Websites, including posts, articles, company updates, and announcements.

• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry news.

• Ensure all written content given by agency’s are aligns with Valmiki Leela Capital brand voice, tone, and messaging, maintaining consistency across all the Social Media posts.

• Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to align all the Social Media content with broader marketing campaigns and company goals.

• Conduct research on marketing strategies, agency collaborations, and communication best practices.

• Manage the development of marketing brochures, presentations, and related brand collateral to support promotional initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably on LinkedIn. • Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.

• Proficiency in LinkedIn tools and analytics.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Knowledge of employer branding strategies is a plus.
