Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities. Prepare and review BOQs, drawings, and project plans. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and site teams. Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and timely project execution. Manage material planning, site measurements, and documentation. Report project progress to management regularly. Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering. 2–5 years of experience in real estate or construction projects. Strong knowledge of site supervision, materials, and construction methods. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Salary: As per company standards (based on experience).
