Job Description

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our presence across social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for creating content, increasing engagement, analyzing performance, and strengthening brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
Manage daily posting on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube
Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, captions, hashtags)
Plan and maintain a content calendar
Monitor comments, messages, and respond in a timely manner
Track and analyze social media performance using insights & analytics tools
Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (if required)
Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams
Stay updated with latest social media trends and platform updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, or similar
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing
Creative mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience with paid ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
Basic graphic design or video editing skills
Influencer marketing experience
Knowledge of Google Analytics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
